I am a registered professionally clinical psychotherapist and a member of the British Psychological Society with over 10 years of experience in mental health with the private and NHS practice including the Priory hospitals.

I provide therapy for people suffering from a wide spectrum of disorders. My areas of expertise lie in the assessment, diagnoses, and treatment of PTSD, Depression, Anxieties, Trauma, Personalities Disorders, Addiction, low self-esteem, personal growth, anxiety, depression, substance use as a coping mechanism, and personality disorder, bereavement. I am also experienced working with psychological challenges facing individuals within high-pressured, competitive, roles. 

My integrative methods will help you to identify blocks and subconscious programming that are holding you back so that you will have the opportunities to increase your possibilities to heal and shift into a more constructive state and live your life with great ease and help reinvigorate your curiosity in life and in the meaning and needs your symptoms may be communicating

I have been trained in CBT, integrative, person-centered, and existential approaches. I have been working in various clinical settings including the chronic pain management department, and assessment unit secondary care in various psychiatric hospitals. I work with belief that we are all unique and valuable. My approach is person-centered, with no judgment.

I offer a comfortable and confidential space where you can speak about and explore yourself and speak about whatever you need to. I work safely and will help you to get to the root of the problem so you can develop responsibilities and make the choices that are authentic only to you. 

I provide face-to-face individual and online counseling, psychotherapy, and integrative therapies including CBT to clients across the UK and internationally. 

Issues: I work with alcohol use, anger management, behavioural issues, bereavement, bipolar disorder, borderline personality, career guidance, chronic illness, chronic pain, coping skills, divorce, domestic abuse, drug abuse, life coaching, men’s issues, obsessive-compulsive (OCD), relationship issues, self-esteem, physical/sexual abuse, stress, trauma, PTSD.
